You will lead the development of critical and complex software pieces. You will be a technical benchmark for an international team of talented engineers. You will implement best practices for development, testing, and validation. You will evolve our SaaS product suite using AI applied to finance. What are we looking for? Experience: 5+ years in development teams implementing patterns and best practices. Technical Stack: Relevant experience in Java (v11+) and React. Cloud & Data: Knowledge of Cloud architectures, CI/CD, and RDBMS. Languages: Advanced fluency in English and Spanish (B2/C1). Attitude: Proactive, "hands-on" mindset with an appetite for learning. Extra points if you know: AWS, Hadoop, PySpark, Docker, or Kubernetes. Fintech sector or startup environment.
