Employment type: Full-time (Schedule starting at 1:00 PM, Spanish time). 6. Required language: Native Spanish. 7. Job summary: We are looking for an Overdue Invoice Collections Manager to join our team immediately. The selected person will be responsible for managing the client portfolio with unpaid or overdue invoices, ensuring debt recovery within established deadlines, maintaining an appropriate commercial relationship, and minimizing the risk of non-payment for the company by complying with specific KPIs. 8. Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on overdue invoices, prioritizing by age and debt amount. Contact delinquent clients by phone and email to negotiate immediate payment and agree on payment plans if necessary. Record and update the status of each management effort, payment promises, and incidents in the system (ERP/CRM). Coordinate recovery actions with the billing and legal departments. Prepare daily reports on delinquency, aging of balances, and collection management effectiveness. Comply with established KPIs for recovery rate and reduction of delinquency. 9. Requirements: Education or previous experience in Administration, Finance, or similar roles. Demonstrable experience in collections and debt recovery. Management of ERP tools and records.
