Job Summary: We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage the company's daily financial operations and coordinate efficiently with our external advisory firm. Demonstrable experience handling accounting for companies in Spain, deep knowledge of their accounting/tax regulations, and previous experience working with Spanish advisory firms is an essential requirement. Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage the company's daily accounting. Reconcile bank movements that cannot be automated within the system. Review and validate issued and received invoices. Control accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Coordinate accounting closures, tax filings, and compliance with tax obligations with the external advisory firm. Prepare and thoroughly review all financial documentation required by the advisory firm. Keep financial information updated and organized within the Holded platform. Support the improvement and automation of internal financial processes. Organize and ensure proper document control.
