Your Main Responsibilities: Management and Reporting: Supervision of general accounting and preparation of detailed monthly reports. Budget Control: Rigorous tracking of expenses and control of the assigned budget. Strategic Analysis: Projection of financial scenarios and profitability analysis for decision-making. Compliance: Ensuring data integrity and compliance with current regulations. Optimization: Cross-departmental collaboration to improve and streamline financial processes. Profile Sought: Experience: Proven track record as a Financial Analyst, Controller, or related roles. Tools: Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools (Excel/BI). Soft Skills: Autonomy, synthesis capacity, and excellent communication skills. Plus: Previous experience in startup environments or international scale projects is positively valued.
