About the Role
At We Are Tims we are looking for a methodical and highly organized profile to manage our daily digital presence. This is a 100% operational role where consistency is the key to success. What will your main challenge be? Lead daily content distribution across 2 profiles on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts). Your mission is to ensure that each video is published synchronously, with flawless copy, and strategically replicated on our Blog. What we need from you: Expert command of content calendars and scheduling tools (Business Suite, Metricool, or similar); Agile handling of Canva and CapCut (or video editing/design tools); Basic analytical skills for performance reports (KPIs); Own equipment (PC/Laptop) and stable internet connection. Vacancy conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Starting at 13:00h Spain time). Modality: 100% Remote (LATAM).
