Waymo 's Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing team is a collaborative and innovative group responsible for sourcing Waymo 's infrastructure needs and indirect services by providing business insight through robust RFPs and a best in class procure to pay structure. We handle all processes and supplier development strategies: from contracts, RFPs, robust analytics, negotiations, purchasing, and process optimization. We collaborate actively with Waymo 's DTS (IT), Marketing, Legal, Finance, Policy, Engineering, G&A, and Product teams as well as external suppliers to make sure Waymo is receiving best in class services at best in class industry pricing.
