As an In-House Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to our pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while facilitating business objectives. You will work closely with various departments, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales, to navigate complex legal issues in the pharmaceutical industry. Location: Europe Main Responsibilities Provide legal advice on a wide range of pharmaceutical matters, including drug development, clinical trials, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, and commercial transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to research agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and other commercial arrangements. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant laws governing the pharmaceutical industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align legal considerations with business goals. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical sector and advise management on potential impacts.
