Position Summary The Training Coordinator supports the Training Manager in designing, delivering, and continuously improving company-wide learning programs. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to build effective training curriculum, enhance existing programs, and champion a culture of continuous learning. Success in this position requires strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to organize, present, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
