Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: This senior, hands-on engineering role builds, modernizes, and operates Walmart’s enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. The engineer designs identity lifecycle workflows, access requests, certifications, role governance, policy controls, and risk capabilities. They develop integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, RACF, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications using Java, APIs, and automation. The role also leads upgrades, platform hardening, monitoring, incident response, resiliency, and disaster recovery. Success requires deep IdentityIQ expertise, strong systems engineering skills, technical ownership, and the ability to balance security, reliability, user experience, compliance, and delivery speed.
