(USA) Senior Manager, Ad Partnership Management

Position Summary... Walmart Connect (the advertising network arm for Walmart) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, sellers, and the agencies and technology partners who serve them. Our Partner Network is the engine behind that ecosystem — the benefits, incentives, enablement, trust, recognition, and go-to-market programs that help our partners grow with Walmart. As we scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Manager, International and Sam’s US to lead the extension of the full Partner Network program suite into net-new markets — beginning with Canada (CA), Mexico (MX), Chile, and Sam’s US. This is a builder role: you will take programs that are proven in WMC U.S. and adapt, localize, and stand them up to International and Sam’s US, in close partnership with regional Walmart and Walmart Connect teams, program owners, Legal, Compliance, and Finance. You will be the connective tissue between a centralized program vision and the realities of each local market. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically — shaping which programs launch where and in what sequence — and operationally, rolling up their sleeves to localize playbooks, onboard partners, and make the first launches successful.
