Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, End-to-End Content Operations & Enablement owns and evolves components of the operating model that powers Ads Integrated Marketing. This role is responsible for strengthening the systems, governance, and ways of working that enable teams to operate with greater consistency, visibility, and accountability. A critical component of this role is serving as the team’s Airtable subject matter expert and primary point of contact, overseeing the systems and workflows that support a team and cross-functional initiatives. This individual will optimize Airtable as the team’s operating system, drive adoption and enablement, and partner with stakeholders to evolve how the team works. About the team: The Content Operations & Innovation division of Content Management is the operational and innovation engine within Ads Integrated Marketing. We create the systems, processes, and cross-functional rhythms that move AIM work from intake through launch—ensuring priorities are clear, stakeholders are aligned, approvals are governed, and work is visible in Airtable. We also identify and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements that help the team work more efficiently, scale best practices, and deliver stronger, more coordinated content.
