Job Summary The HR Manager – People serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, with primary accountability for employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, manager coaching, performance management, employee experience, and people-centered HR initiatives. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while promoting consistent, fair people practices across a geographically dispersed organization. The position works closely with HR Operations to deliver responsive HR services and provides cross-functional backup coverage when needed. This is a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Manager Partnership Serve as a primary resource for employee concerns, workplace issues, and interpretation of HR policies and practices. Lead employee relations matters, including intake, fact-finding, documentation, resolution recommendations, and review of corrective actions in partnership with HR leadership.
