Construction Manager

Responsible for all construction project management for company campus, labs, and locations. Manages work performed by contractors and consultants and provides general management of construction related jobs. Manage, direct, and coordinate construction projects for company campus, labs, and locations Oversee project design and project schedules on proposed projects Responsible for delivering the project to the client in compliance with all contractual requirements and in accordance with Federal, State, and local law requirements Provide project budget estimates for building and site work on proposed projects Coordinate the identification of contractors, bid projects, contracts, develops and manages construction project budgets Analyze specific site issues to determine appropriate scope of work needed Identify site deficiencies and determines impact to budget. Coordinate the review of the content of construction drawings and procedures, prior to issue, in order that construction execution is optimized in the most cost effective and timely manner Coordinate with relevant staff, the development of the construction schedule and monitor the progress against that schedule Maintain communication with all external and internal team members and all other involved parties on matters pertaining to schedules, milestone action dates, and costs Manage the work being undertaken to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards e.g. contract documents, specifications, method statements,
