COMPETITIVE PRICING ANALYST 1

VSolvit is looking for a candidate to join our dynamic Business Development team as a Competitive Pricing Analyst 1 to assist with developing price and cost models for proposal submissions. A pricing analyst is responsible for analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for information technology based professional services. Works with complex data examining industry standards and pricing strategies of competitors to help the company to identify and set competitive prices. They study consumer habits to determine how much people are willing to pay for various services and look for patterns in Government customer spending. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and needs supporting capture managers, proposal managers, and executives. The candidate must be highly organized, attentive to detail, comfortable supporting multiple simultaneous assignments, deliver measurable results on a daily basis, and be able to work independently in a remote work environment. Candidates for this position must be eligible to attain a security clearance. As with any position, additional expectations exist.
