ServiceNow AI Governance & Agentic Control Tower Specialist Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic implementation and oversight of artificial intelligence capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on establishing robust governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring ethical deployment, and managing the full lifecycle of AI assets. Utilize AI Agent Studio and Now Assist to develop intelligent automation solutions that align with business objectives. Oversee the configuration of Flow Designer and Workflow Studio to streamline approval processes and automate complex tasks. Maintain the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate mapping of AI assets and their dependencies.
