Summary We are seeking an experienced IGA Specialist to lead and optimize our Identity Governance and Administration framework within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity lifecycle processes that ensure secure and compliant access management across our digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical identity solutions and business governance requirements, driving efficiency in user provisioning, access certification, and role management while leveraging advanced cloud and on-premise technologies to safeguard organizational assets. Responsibilities Architect and manage the integration of Active Directory with Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync to ensure seamless hybrid identity synchronization. Develop and maintain complex automation scripts using PowerShell, SQL Server, and C# to streamline identity operations and reduce manual intervention. Oversee the complete Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) workflow, ensuring accurate onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes. Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies, conducting regular access reviews and implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to mitigate risk. Configure and support modern authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM for secure application access.
