This is a remote position. Job Description: AI VP-Technology | Vorro About Vorro Vorro (vorro.net) is a profitable, multi-million dollar ARR healthcare data integration company with high customer retention, acquired by Basis Vectors Capital in 2021. Its platform connects clinical systems and automates data workflows for provider and payer organizations. Under BVC, Vorro is being repositioned from a commodity iPaaS tool into an AI-native Healthcare Data OS, adding AI reporting, visualization and workflow-automation modules on top of its integration core. The opportunity We're looking to hire a AI VP – Technology for Vorro . A track record of building and shipping enterprise AI products in production is a must; healthcare data/integration domain experience is a strong plus. This is a hands-on technology leadership role, not an oversight seat: you'll architect, build and ship alongside your team. It comes with equity, with upside aligned to the company's growth. What you'll own Hands-on build and delivery of Vorro 's AI platform as it evolves into an AI-first platform across multiple verticals Execution of the AI product roadmap: reporting, visualization and workflow-automation modules built on top of existing integration infrastructure AI architecture and engineering standards: LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, MLOps, and secure, HIPAA-compliant handling of healthcare data Building and leading the AI/ML and data engineering team in India, working close
