Summary: The Senior Director, Program Performance, Northeast Purchasing Coalition (NPC) will be accountable for the performance, execution, and member experience of NPC programs and initiatives. NPC is a member-owned organization that leverages aggregated purchasing volume, strategic partnerships, and coordinated initiatives to generate savings, innovation, and measurable value for its members. The Senior Director will lead the performance-management structures, processes, and relationships necessary to translate NPC strategy into effective execution across the network. This member-facing role will serve as a primary point of contact for NPC members and will engage leaders and stakeholders across provider organizations, including supply chain, finance, clinical operations, value analysis, physician departments and other functional areas, to advance implementation, adoption, and value realization.
