About the Role We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support a fast-growing US real estate team by creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen client relationships. This role requires someone who is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in marketing automation, CRM management, and customer journey optimization within the real estate industry. Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, create, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns for buyers, sellers, investors, and past clients. Build automated email sequences for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment reminders, listing alerts, and re-engagement campaigns. Develop compelling email copy and subject lines that drive engagement and conversions. Ensure all campaigns align with the client's branding, messaging, and marketing goals. CRM & Marketing Automation Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate contact segmentation and list hygiene. Build and optimize automation workflows based on lead behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement. Integrate email campaigns with CRM and marketing platforms to improve customer experience. Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-up communications.
