Location Fully Remote (Open to candidates based in South Africa, Egypt, the Philippines, and other locations with sufficient overlap with UK/US business hours) Reports To Logistics Team Leader Direct Reports Operational Assistant(s) – 3PL & Replenishment Markets Supported United States Canada United Kingdom Europe Strategic input into future China-based centralised warehousing Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of an international third-party logistics (3PL) network while driving strategic warehousing and inventory initiatives. This position combines operational warehouse management with commercial analysis, requiring the successful candidate to evaluate logistics solutions, identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise inventory performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and Power BI skills and demonstrate practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT , Claude , or similar platforms to automate reporting, improve operational efficiencies, and streamline analytical processes. Requirements Key Responsibilities 3PL & Warehouse Management Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Analyse, cost, and implement new 3PL partnerships in existing and new international markets. Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring eff
