Our IRO application layer and Virtualitics AI Platform (VAIP) transform how defense organizations act on maintenance, logistics, and global force management data. Our team is actively refining agentic workflows, composable AI agents, and generative interfaces to replace static dashboards with dynamic, conversational intelligence. The Role You will work closely with cross-functional peers to own a specific product area, leading discovery and defining success metrics while ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency from the product development team. You will work with the engineering and AI teams to understand architectural tradeoffs, scope upcoming efforts, and pressure-test trade-offs in real time. The product serves two audiences: DoD operators and delivery teams (data scientists, engineers, partner integrators) who configure and maintain deployments of Virtualitics ’ product offering. Responsibilities Own a specific product area : requirements, backlog management, prioritization, scope decisions, releases, and outcomes.
