Key Responsibilities: Record and categorize daily financial transactions in compliance with U.S. GAAP . Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections. Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports . Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with accountants during audits, tax filing, and financial reviews. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. accounting standards. Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based clients or companies. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices. Experience handling U.S. payroll, taxes, and reconciliations is a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
