3D Animator

Vira Games is an independent gaming company specializing in the development and publishing of mobile games. Our team is a creative alliance that combines experience, creativity, drive, and professionalism. We are looking for a 3D Animator who will be responsible for creating high-quality game animations for characters, objects, and environmental elements. The main goal of the role is to create natural, expressive, and technically correct animations that ensure clear gameplay actions, improve the user experience, and support the visual style of the project. Main responsibilities: Creation of character, object, and environment animations for mobile games; Preparation and setup of animation clips (idle, walk, run, attack, emote, and other states); Working with rigs and character skeletons, setting up skinning as needed; Exporting animations to FBX format in compliance with technical requirements; Optimizing animations for mobile platform constraints; Collaborating with the art team and game designers to achieve the desired visual style and readability; Participating in the creation of the animation pipeline and maintaining quality standards. Requirements: Confident command of animation principles (timing, squash & stretch, anticipation, overlapping); Experience with 3D animation packages (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar); Understanding of mobile game specifics: optimization, balance between expressiveness and performance; Working with rigs and basic skinning knowledge; Ability to maintain clean and technically correct files.
