Our goal: to significantly reduce the impact of buildings on the climate. We are looking for a (Senior) Account Executive to join our Switzerland Sales Team immediately or by arrangement. As an Account Executive, you will build your own client portfolio—spanning private real estate companies as well as public clients such as municipalities, cities, and cantons. You will guide your clients through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to the first project—and develop them into long-term partners. Your Mission Actively approach and acquire decision-makers in the real estate and building sector (B2B) as well as the public sector (B2G – municipalities, cities, cantons, public utilities). Build and expand the B2G business—including guiding public procurement procedures and tenders. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from needs assessment to contract closure. Take ownership of the pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth. Develop customized offers and value propositions for complex customer environments—both private and public.
