Support stage-gate reviews and governance decisions through objective assessments of program value, risk, and strategic considerations. Provide program teams and decisionmakers with actionable recommendations to support program strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. Lead the development and ongoing assessment of program business cases and portfolio value.
