Overview ViaPath is seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) to join our customer-facing advisory team. The TSC serves as a trusted partner to correctional agencies throughout their technology journey. This role helps customers maximize the value of ViaPath solutions by providing guidance, expertise, and strategic support that improves adoption, strengthens relationships, and drives long-term success. TSCs are more than product experts. They are strategic advisors who understand correctional operations, build strong customer relationships, and help agencies solve real-world challenges through technology.
