It all started in 2017 when, due to the high demand for technology professionals and a lack of qualified individuals, we decided to structure our first training cohort for a specific client. FlowTalents is a response for everyone who wants to enter the job market and needs an opportunity to QUALIFY, as well as for our clients who need to deliver projects. Through technical tracks and mentorship, these individuals are trained or upskilled to serve our clients with excellence. EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE! Our purpose: To improve people's lives through technology. The pillars supporting our strategy: 1- Technology is for everyone, 2- People are at the center, 3- Together we are stronger. Our area of contribution is supporting people to enter the technology market, aiming to generate jobs. Currently, there are over 800,000 open positions! There is a deficit in technical training at universities. There is an investment cost for those wishing to enter the field. Our proposal is simple: Our program consists of providing training at no cost to students. Offering qualification tracks targeting the technologies most demanded by our clients and partners.
