Investigate the needs of internal areas and brokers through interviews, workshops, data, and relationship channel information. Map the broker journey, identifying steps, touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Relate friction points to processes, business rules, and systems that influence the experience. Support the definition of segmentation criteria and their application in processes, services, and service delivery methods. Translate findings into improvement proposals and requirements, validating solutions with users and involved areas. Structure the communication of changes in portals and monitor their understanding and adoption by brokers. Work on commercial process analysis and improvement, internal and external journey mapping. Experience in translating user needs into processes and requirements, using data to guide decisions and drive alignment between business areas.
