About us! The Service d’hébergement St-Denis (SHSD) is a community organization that supports and shelters youth aged 15 to 20 living in various vulnerable situations. We offer them a safe, welcoming, and caring living environment where they can find support, develop their autonomy, and progress at their own pace. Through a human-centric approach adapted to the realities of each young person, our team works daily to create a true sense of belonging and foster their empowerment. Role Summary Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Co-Director of Organizational Development contributes to the development and sustainability of Service d’hébergement St-Denis. Jointly with the Co-Director of Organizational Management, they ensure the definition of strategic orientations and their implementation, while assuming key responsibilities in governance, philanthropic development, funding, and representation. In collaboration with the Co-Director of Organizational Management, they also contribute to daily operations management, human resources management, team mobilization, and service quality. Philanthropic Development and Financial Management Develop and implement philanthropic development strategies and revenue diversification to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization; Evaluate development opportunities
