Before applying, please visit the HUBZone map to see if you qualify: Your home address must be in a HUBZone >HUBZone Map Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: Support the Project Manager in the creation of contract deliverables, project plans, and reports Manage and maintain SharePoint-based training and help sites Develop user-focused training materials including Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and How-To Videos Design and administer end-user surveys to gather feedback on system functionality and training effectiveness Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline onboarding and minimize transition time from staff turnover Provide additional project support and other duties as assigned within the scope of contract execution Requirements Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, user-friendly documentation Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content Familiarity with SharePoint site adminis
