About the Role
We are currently looking for a HealthShare Application Enginee r for a 100% remote position on a large federal government project. In this role, you will support and maintain InterSystems HealthShare environments, healthcare interoperability solutions, middleware platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with HealthShare, IRIS, healthcare data exchange standards, DevOps practices, and production support in a highly available environment. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities Support InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, and Caché environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management. Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to improve software delivery and operational efficiency. Provide Tier 3 support for HealthShare applications, interoperability services, and related middleware technologies. Manage certificate lifecycle activities, including updates and maintenance across production and non-production environments. Support authentication and access management solutions, including OAuth, SSO, and ADFS integrations. Support healthcare interoperability solutions and interfaces utilizing HL7, FHIR, CDA/CCDA, APIs, and related healthcare data exchange standards. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure platform reliability and availability.
