Who You Are We are currently searching for a Working Student (Werkstudent) HR Operations to join our team in Germany and support our HR Operations team across the full employee lifecycle. This role gives you hands-on insight into German HR administration, payroll and labor law, and the chance to contribute to HR projects in an international environment. What You Will Do Support onboarding and offboarding processes, from preparing welcome documents and system set-up to exit paperwork. Maintain and update staff records in our HR system (HiBob) and the digital personnel file Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employment confirmations, reference letters and other certificates using our templates.
