Director - Owner Representative Program

Who You Are You are an accomplished senior owner's representative with deep commercial real estate, facilities, infrastructure, or capital-project experience and the judgment to apply private-sector delivery discipline within the federal government environment. Reporting to the Environment & Management Systems Operating Center Leader, you will serve as the program leader responsible for delivering owner’s representative services on federal programs. You understand how owners define requirements, establish business cases, manage design and construction, control cost and schedule, and transition completed assets into operations. You bring meaningful commercial owner-side experience; prior experience successfully applying that approach in a federal environment is strongly preferred.
