What you will be doing: Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriLoan Collection, ensuring alignment with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives. Follow up the main product VeriLoan improvements and align Collection module development accordingly. Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value collections features such as early delinquency workflows, automated reminders, segmentation strategies, promise-to-pay tracking, skip tracing, restructuring workflows, repossession and legal collections etc. Convert business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QE, and integration teams, ensuring accurate translation of collection strategies into product features. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, credit risk units, legal departments, collection teams, compliance, and client banks) to gather feedback,
