Job Description Summary ‎ The Regional Director of Operations/VBC Performance Consultant is a senior leadership role enhancing the operational, clinical, and financial performance of multiple healthcare practices. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to drive improvements in efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial success. The Director Performance Optimization also supports the organization’s overall integration efforts and any upcoming acquisitions across the organization.
