The Role: Paralegal Venus Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated paralegal to provide high‑level legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and the broader Legal function. This role requires significant experience, strong organizational skills, and deep familiarity with the requirements of operating in a defense, aerospace, government, or government‑adjacent setting. This position is fully remote. What You’ll Get To Do Support contract drafting, review, redlining, and lifecycle management, including tracking deadlines, obligations, and approvals. Assist with managing corporate governance artifacts, including board consents, resolutions, subsidiary records, and regulatory filings. Coordinate execution of government and commercial agreements and maintain structured documentation
