zIC (Zonal in charge) - Roof top Solar Projects

This is a remote position. JOB DESCRIPTION Name of the position:PVSolar Zonal In-charge (PV RTS-zIC) Grade: Middle / Senior Management Cadre Job Function Primary focus area for this position will be rooftop PV area ‌Key Aspects Target setting and achieving for the sales, Projects (including engineering, procurement, project construction , management etc) and O&M of the existing plants of the assigned zone. Monitoring and ensuring the profitability and efficiency for each project, through the highly matured ERP system. Attending of the sales meetings, managing relations and order closing with the clients . Taking care of ‌HR and general admin of the Zone area team and establishments, in association with corporate team. Project management. Organising and ensuring the management of solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors in timely and optimally forinstallation,testing,commissioning, or performance monitoring etc. Ensuring the efficient receipt of material , handling and accountability. Ensuring of proper coordinating and lisoning with DISCOMs and statutory authorities for net metering arrangement , CEIG etc. Ensuring the very high detailed engineering and better vendor relations. Sales Ensuring the timely pre offer site survey, analyze the input from the client & designing the electrical documents & drawings etc. Managing the timely submission of offers and follow up to result for closure of the order from clients.
