Project Manager

About the Role: The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a client-centric approach. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met. Effectively manage project scope and ensure changes are properly documented and approved. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Documentation & Reporting: Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
