As Manager, Data & Analytics in our Information Technology function within the Spine division, you’ll support the continued modernization of VB Spine’s analytics, reporting, and data platform capabilities — rationalizing the existing landscape, shaping a right-sized future-state architecture, and building scalable capabilities that support manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, quality, and operational priorities. What You’ll Do: Data Strategy, Modernization & Roadmap Support the development and execution of a 12–24 month Data & Analytics modernization roadmap aligned to VB Spine’s business priorities and post-separation operating model Manage rationalization of legacy lift-and-shift reports, datasets, dashboards, data flows, and analytics processes to eliminate duplication and right-size capabilities Contribute to future-state analytics architecture, including data platform strategy, reporting standards, semantic model design, data product approach, and self-service analytics Partner with Enterprise Applicati
