Tasks: What awaits you at Vantoya: As a Team Lead Tax, you take responsibility for your own client portfolio in tandem with a Junior Tax Advisor, managing your team both professionally and disciplinarily. Specifically, this means: You manage the comprehensive support of your client portfolio from declaration and review (annual financial statements, tax returns, ongoing bookkeeping) to tax strategy issues; You plan capacities, prioritize tasks, and ensure clean results within the team (initially 2–3 tax professionals) with your high quality standards.
