Job Objectives: Analyze data to generate insights and develop analytical solutions that improve business performance, working with multidisciplinary teams through the use of SQL, advanced Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Redash, to deliver measurable business results through data analytics. Responsibilities: Use data analysis to help teams solve business challenges to accelerate data-driven decision-making. Discover trends and patterns in data to guide strategic and tactical decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards that monitor key business metrics to enable analytical self-service. Present data-driven findings to stakeholders to influence decisions and promote a data-driven culture. Support special projects and handle analytical requests as needed to meet the evolving needs of the business.
