Founded in 2004, VALUE5 // Dialogmanagement GmbH is a virtual customer service center headquartered in Berlin. Our consultants can work for us from their home offices anywhere in Germany. We are looking for immediate Customer Consultants (m/f/d) for telephone user support for Lexware payroll software. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES End customers of Lexware call with questions regarding the use of the payroll software to receive advice. Your task is to handle these content-related questions from end customers professionally and friendly over the phone. Requirements You have knowledge of one or more payroll software programs Possible working hours: Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM (at least 15 hrs./week) Ideally, you already have experience in customer service Your place of residence is in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Own PC with a user account with administrative privileges Monitor with a screen width of at least 1280 px Windows 10 or a more recent Windows operating system (no virtualized operating system) At least 8 GB of RAM Webcam and a corded headset Broadband internet connection with at least 16 Mbit (8 Mbit effective) At least an Intel or AMD dual-core processor with 2 GHz or equivalent Does this sound like a great match for you?
