Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to lead tax matters for the Helios / Tessera portfolio, covering businesses in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland. The role reports directly to the Head of Finance and works closely with the finance managers and CEOs of the portfolio businesses. It is responsible for European tax compliance, tax provision work, transfer pricing, and European due diligence and M&A tax matters, and acts as the key link between the portfolio businesses and the HQ corporate tax team, including the VP, Tax. The ideal candidate brings strong European and international tax expertise, solid technical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization; exposure to U.S. and Canadian tax is a plus.
