We help organisations turn information overload into competitive advantage. Our clients rely on Vable to monitor thousands of trusted sources: the news sites, publisher feeds and email newsletters through which we track content for them daily. That only works if those sources are accurate, healthy and set up properly. Keeping them that way takes careful, hands-on work, and we need someone to help us do it well. The Role We are hiring a Content Operations Specialist to keep our source library accurate and reliable for clients. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension. You will work alongside our Data Specialist, setting up new sources and keeping existing ones working. Much of the job is hands-on: checking web pages and emails, working out why a source has stopped collecting content, and fixing it using our existing processes.
