Job Overview Uvation is seeking an experienced, results-driven Lead Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment, particularly across AI/ML, data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, IT services, and corporate functions. This role requires a professional who can independently manage recruitment priorities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders across geographies, oversee recruitment team performance, and ensure timely hiring delivery. The successful candidate will also contribute to recruitment process improvements, hiring analytics, compliance, and HR operational coordination within a globally distributed, multi-entity organizational structure. 1.
