As a Recruiter, your primary job will be finding the most qualified candidates to join our team. You'll search for talent, review resumes, conduct interviews, and offer positions to suitable candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll make sure we recruit the right people who strive to grow with us. Your efforts will help us build a diverse team, which is essential for reaching our goals as an organization. Key Responsibilities Review resumes to find qualified professionals. Interview candidates to see if they possess the right qualities. Assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Check references and backgrounds of selected candidates. Make job offers and negotiate terms. Maintain record of all candidate interactions. Communicate with hiring managers to understand their needs. Stay updated on current recruitment trends and methods.
