Director of Revenue Operations

The Role At Uscreen , we help creators build something that lasts, powering independent video businesses to build sustainable revenue and scale their impact. We're a fast-growing SaaS company, and our all-in-one video membership platform helps creators generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events across web, mobile, and TV apps. We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data, and strategy that drive revenue performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is the person who connects the dots: how we map and segment our market, how leads are scored and routed, how reps are territoried and incentivized, how pipeline is forecast, and how all of that flows between the CRM, the warehouse, and the teams who act on it. This is a build role. The foundations are here: a CRM with real history in it, a data warehouse that holds our source of truth, an outbound motion getting off the ground, and a sales team with momentum. What's missing is someone to connect them into one engine and own what comes out of it. You'll get real latitude to decide how this function works, and you'll be expected to build it yourself rather than direct it from a distance. You'll do it inside an AI-native team.
