Our in-house recruiting team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help ensure our hiring process is seamless from application to offer. We are seeking three recruiting coordinators to support various business units across The Nature Conservancy. These roles will work with our Global Recruiting teams and various global hiring teams, our Southern Division and our Great Plains Division to support the recruitment process for our non-term limited mid-level positions. Coordinators interact closely with candidates, hiring managers as well as our Talent Acquisition Operations team, to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and timely process for all. You will be responsible for creating postings, coordinating kick off calls, candidate outreach, interview preparation & logistics, debrief calls, and data management. The recruiting coordinator will also help with miscellaneous projects including gaining experience in conducting phone screens and other talent acquisition related activities.
