Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Insurance Advisory to plan, coordinate, and deliver advisory projects for insurance companies across the region. Projects may include company restructuring, insurance run-off management, establishment of new insurance companies or branches, market entry, operational transformation, and process improvement. This role is with a leading organization in the insurance industry. We are also looking to connect with clients or industry partners with relevant insurance advisory, transformation, or project management needs. Key Responsibilities Manage advisory projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants, and external service providers. Assess client operations, processes, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Support restructuring, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives. Coordinate insurance run-off projects, including operational, claims, financial, and regulatory workstreams. Manage projects related to establishing new insurance companies, branches, or operations, including licensing, operational readiness, and implementation.
