Information Technology Specialist

An Information Technology Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the computer systems, networks, and software used by an organization. They troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, implement security measures to protect data, and provide guidance and support to staff members who need assistance with technology-related issues. They also oversee the installation and upgrading of hardware and software, as well as the maintenance of servers and databases. The IT Specialist stays up to date on the latest technology trends and developments in order to ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient in their use of technology. Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with 3 years of related experience.
